As a mainly non-manufacturing company ASCOL supply and distribute laboratory and scientific equipment taken from a large range detailed in their physical sciences catalogue. ASCOL sell predominantly to the United Kingdom education sector. Six years ago we considered the time was right for the launch of a small specialist company such as ASCOL, staffed by people with a wide experience of supplying science equipment to education over a long period of time, both in this country and overseas to provide a similar service in the UK. With an extensive database of manufacturers and suppliers built up over years of tendering, we produced a 256-page Physical Sciences Catalogue, and in May 2001 copies were sent to over 7500 educational establishments throughout England, Scotland and Wales. Our new 550 page Scientific Laboratory Equipment Catalogue was released in 2006! We now cover general science equipment for Chemistry, Biology, Environmental as well as Physical Sciences.
